We love our clothing and we think you will too. However, if you’re not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, please feel free to return it to us within fourteen (14) days for a refund or exchange by visiting our Returns Center, subject to the following terms and conditions:
To receive a full refund, all returns of merchandise must be initiated within 14 days of your order shipment date (the “14-day return period”) and submitted with a copy of your original invoice. If there are multiple shipments in an order, then merchandise must be returned within 14 days from the date of the last shipment.
If you initiate a return after the 14-day return period, we cannot offer you a refund. However, any items returned after the 14-day return period (but not later than thirty (30) days from the order shipment date) may be eligible for merchandise credit issued as an e-gift card to the email address associated with the order. In the event that an item is returned after the 14-day return period, the return shipping cost will be deducted from the e-gift card.
We cannot honor any requests for returns, refunds, or exchanges past thirty (30) days from shipment date.
To be eligible for a full refund, your item must be unused, resalable and in the same condition that you received it. Any merchandise not in its original condition, with obvious signs of use or damage (for reasons not due to our error), as determined by us in our sole discretion, or any item not returned within the 14-day return period, will not be eligible for a refund.
Several types of merchandise are also exempt from being returned for a refund or exchanged. For example, merchandise that was purchased on final sale or at a discounted price cannot be returned or exchanged.
Please visit our Returns Center if you wish to exchange an item for a different size or color. All exchanges are subject to the same shipping procedures and rules about costs and fees as described in the “Shipping” section below. To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused, resalable and in the same condition that you received it (as determined by us in our sole discretion). We will refrain sending any replacement item until we receive the original one and determine that it meets our criteria for an exchange.
If you are eligible for an exchange, but we do not have an appropriate replacement item in stock, we will give you the option to receive a full refund if your exchange was initiated within the 14-day return period, or merchandise credit issued via an e-gift card (less shipment costs) if your exchange was initiated after the 14-day return period but within thirty (30) days from your order shipment date.
All shipping costs for returns and exchanges within the continental United States are free, unless you (1) initiate your return or exchange more than 14 days after your order shipment date or (2) use your own return carrier. In such cases, you are responsible for your own return or exchange shipping costs. All customers located outside of the continental United States are solely responsible for any customs and/or duty charges and related fees.
To initiate a return or exchange any merchandise within the 14-day return period, please visit our Returns Center and we will provide you with a prepaid FedEx shipping label. Package and drop off your return or exchange items along with a copy of your original invoice to any FedEx drop-off location, and your refund or exchange will be processed as soon as we confirm receipt of your merchandise.
If you are returning or exchanging any items after the 14-day return period but less than 30 days after your order shipment date and would like to ship via FedEx, please contact us at returns@HERJAclothing.com; the cost of shipping will be deducted from your e-gift card amount.

Our sizing reflects these basic measurements, but also takes into consideration our clients' muscular builds.
Please note that no two bodies are exactly alike and alterations may be required to achieve the perfect fit for you.
